FRANK BERNARD LTD. is authorized by the Manufacturer for every dress we sell.
This Means that:
- We have an account with the Manufacturer.
- We deal directly with the Manufacturer, and not a third party or
trans-shipper.
- We are in direct contact with the Manufacturer at all times regarding
your order and its status.
- We receive your order directly from the manufacturer.
- Should there be any concerns about your order, they will be taken up
directly with the Manufacturer and their representatives.
What this means to you, our valued customer:
- You have the assurance of dealing with an Authorized Retailer for the
gowns in your bridal party.
- When your dress is shipped, it will come directly to us, and not pass
through another store or trans-shipper.
- We will inspect your order for quality when it arrives. If there are any
concerns, we will address them to the Manufacturer and have them
corrected.
- Unauthorized retailers cannot assure you of this.
